SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

Depending on the product(s) you purchase on TUMI.com and the location to which the products will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s).

Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice for your product(s) and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

    Holiday Shipping Timeframes

    Ground: Order by 12/18 Noon EST to receive before the holidays.

    2-Day: Order by 12/20 Noon EST to receive before the holidays (US only).

    Overnight: Order by 12/21 Noon est to receive before the holidays (US only).

      Delivery Methods

      Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day or Priority service). In order to receive priority services, your order must be placed before 11:00 AM EST the day before. Please note: Allow an additional 2-4 days processing time for all items with monogramming or accenting.

CANADIAN SHIPPING

Most in-stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days after Tumi receives your order. Orders will arrive in approximately 5-7 business days via UPS. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All prices shown on TUMI.com are in local currency. Canadian prices include duties. Shipping and handling fees and taxes will automatically be added to your total during Checkout. Neither Expedited Shipping nor Shipment to Post Office Boxes are available at this time. The Shipping charge to Canada is $19.99 on all orders for a limited time. We currently do not offer shipping to other International Countries.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

TUMI.com is pleased to offer shipping to multiple addresses. This feature allows you to send products in your Shopping Cart, from one order, to more than one shipping address. Simply follow the prompts to enter each address during Checkout. Please note products in your order sent to multiple addresses may be shipped from our warehouse at separate times. Follow these steps to use the multi-ship option: After clicking proceed to checkout, select the option “Multiple Shipments.” Fill in your shipment addresses for each product. Select a shipping method for each delivery. Proceed to the next step and continue with filling in your billing information.

Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (US Only)

We are happy to provide our customers the option to buy on Tumi.com and pick up in one of our TUMI Authorized Full Price Stores. You can visit Tumi.com to place your order and select to pick up in the store of your choice. After placing your order, you will receive an email acknowledging that TUMI has received your order. As soon as we have prepared your order, you will receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup. Please note: your order will not be ready for pickup in store until you receive the confirmation email. If your order contains multiple shipments or pickup locations, you will receive separate notifications when each has been processed. If you need a bag for your order, some TUMI stores may only provide paper bags for a nominal fee as required by law. The fee may vary by location. For your convenience, we will hold your order for 14 days. If you do not pick up within 14 days at your selected TUMI Authorized Full Price Store location, we will have to cancel your order and issue you a refund via Mail Check. In order to pick up your order, please bring the following: Driver's License or state/government issued photo ID, Credit Card or gift card used for the purchase (only the individual named on the credit card can pick up the order) and a copy of your order confirmation email (optional). If we must cancel your order, you will not be charged for any unshipped item(s). Your card statement may reflect activity. Please contact your bank for additional information. If you used a Gift Card or Online Gift Certificate to pay for your order, we will send you a replacement Gift Card in the mail with your remaining balance. If you believe this order was cancelled in error, please call our Customer Service team at 1-800-299-8864 for assistance in replacing this order.

As an extension of our pickup in store service, we are now offering curbside pickup for all open locations. Once you’ve received the confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup, please call the store phone number listed in the pickup details. A store associate will provide additional details and directions to schedule curbside service. Please refrain from attempting to pick up or schedule curbside service for your items until you receive the “Order is Ready for Pickup” notification.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

The availability of a product is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as "In Stock", "Pre-order", or "Backorder." Most products are In Stock and ready to ship. Some products are either not yet available (Pre-order) or temporarily out-of-stock (Backorder). For more information, please read the details below.

Please note: expected shipment times specify when a product is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the product will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Delivery times will also increase if you choose to monogram or accent items in your order.

You will not be billed for products purchased with a credit card until the products have shipped. You may be billed for products purchased with a debit or bank card immediately upon order confirmation.

Products Available for Monogramming

We currently offer complimentary monogramming for most of our travel and business design collections. In addition, many of our wallets and mobile accessories may be monogrammed as well. For our travel and business designs, monogramming will be placed on the exterior leather monogram patch and/or luggage tag where available. Wallets are generally monogrammed on the interior section.

Monogram Styles

You may choose either the understated blind stamp embossing technique or the bolder print technique, available in an array of colors including TUMI Red. We offer two lettering styles and one size option for each type of product, and a maximum of three (3) initials.

Timing

The monogramming and accenting of an item requires additional time. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days processing time for all items with monogramming or accenting. Please note: once monogramed, an item is not returnable.

IN-STOCK PRODUCTS

Most orders for In-Stock products begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Products are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. In-Stock products leave the warehouse in 1-2 full business days.

After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

Pre-order products are products that are not in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. Pre-order products are shipped directly once they arrive in stock. You will be notified of the status of your pre-order product via e-mail.

Expected shipment time (for example, "Pre-order: Buy now for shipping 4-6 weeks") is indicated on the Product Detail page.

BACKORDER PRODUCTS

Backorder products are products that are temporarily out of stock but available for purchase on our site. Backorder product that you may order is shipped directly to you once it is back in stock.

You will be notified of the status of your product via e-mail.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

WHEN CAN YOU TRACK YOUR ORDER?

At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned, when applicable, to packages immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on the way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours.

FINDING YOUR ORDER STATUS

The status of your order is easy to find.

    Check your e-mail.

    You are required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout, so that you may receive e-mails regarding the status of your order. Please click on the link within your email and it will direct you to Tumi.com “Order Status Page.” This is where you may enter your order number and either your billing zip code and/or email address to view your order status.

    Visit the website.

    You may sign in at TUMI.com for your Order History at any time. Information about your open orders, tracking, and past orders is available. In order to see your're tracking information, click on the tracking number provided to you on the Order History page.

HOW IS ORDER STATUS DIFFERENT FROM TRACKING INFORMATION?

The status of your order is supplied by TUMI.com. It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by UPS, who will provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible from your Order History on our website when it becomes available.

*Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after a product is shipped from our warehouse.
