Our Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your TUMI products. If you aren’t, we offer complimentary returns within 30 days of receipt. TUMI Full Price Retail purchases can be returned at a TUMI Full Price Retail store. TUMI Outlet purchases can only be returned at a TUMI Outlet. TUMI.com returns can be made by mail or at our TUMI Full Price Retail stores. We ask that the product be unused, in the original boxes with all original paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Returns can only be made within the original country of purchase. A valid photo ID is required for all in-store returns.
If PayPal is used for online purchases, returns for that order must be sent by mail and cannot be made in stores. Gift cards, Care Kits and personalized products, including monogrammed and TUMI Accents are final sale.
While exchanges are not accepted by TUMI.com at this time, they can be made in store. You can also follow the return steps below and place a separate order on TUMI.com for the new desired item.

Each package includes a prepaid UPS shipping label and return slip affixed to the exterior of your package. If you cannot locate or have misplaced your return shipping label, please call us at 1-800-299-8864.
To return an item purchased on TUMI.com, securely pack the unused item in the original packaging along with the completed return slip stating the reason for your return, all paperwork, parts and accessories. Please remove any extra labels from the outside of the package before shipping.
You may bring the package to any UPS customer counter, authorized UPS shipping outlet or present the package to a UPS driver. Keep the UPS return tracking number to monitor the shipment status.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Once we have received the return, please allow 3-5 days for inspection and processing. The time it takes for a refund to appear on your credit card statement varies from bank to bank.
For online returns, the cost of shipping is non-refundable.
For cash purchases made in store, including traveler’s checks over $5.00, you will be refunded via company check mailed within 14 business days.
For in-store returns made without a receipt, you will receive store credit for the product at its lowest selling price.
When returning a product that was purchased with a credit card and a gift card, please be aware that the refund, up to the amount purchased on the gift card, will automatically be refunded onto a new gift card, not your credit card. The remaining balance, if any, will then be refunded to your credit card.
