Payment Options

Credit Cards and Wallets accepted:

Please note: Prepaid giftcards (ie. American Express, Visa) are recognized as credit cards. Therefore, multiple prepaid gift cards cannot be used on a single order. Also note, if order value is above the value of the prepaid card, the card will not be accepted.

Important Information about Payment

Credit Cards are authorized at the placement of the order and not charged until ordered items are shipped. On order cancellations, the authorization is automatically released. However, it is up to the discretion of your bank on how long it takes for it to drop off your pending transactions. Refunds are issued upon successful processing of your return and it may take 5-7 business days for you to see it reflected on your original form of payment.

Debit and Bank Check Cards may be charged immediately upon order.

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Sales Tax

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to the following states:

Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Cards. However, items purchased with Gift Cards will be taxed if shipped to the states mentioned above.

Discounts and Codes

We may feature promotional coupon and discount programs. Follow these simple steps to redeem a promotion or discount code.

If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the Payment Summary. On the Payment page in Checkout, enter the code in the box next to "Gift Certificates and Discount Codes." Codes are case sensitive.

Click "Apply".

If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be redeemed online at TUMI.com or at physical TUMI US retail stores only. They cannot be redeemed at other stores that sell TUMI US (e.g. Bloomingdales).

Redeeming a Gift Card

Redeeming a Gift Card is easy. Follow these simple steps:

When you're ready to checkout, click "Shopping Cart."

Proceed through the checkout flow.

On the payment page, enter your Gift Card number (codes are case sensitive) and PIN and click "Apply."

If you have more than one Gift Card, simply enter each code and click "Apply" after each one. You can use up to 5 Gift Cards.

Please make sure you hold all Gift Cards used in this purchase until your order arrives. If your order cannot be fulfilled or you return any items, you will receive a new Gift Card with the return balance.

Rules and Regulations for Gift Cards:

You cannot purchase a Gift Card with another Gift Card.

Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Cards.

We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Cards; however, products paid for with a Gift Card will be charged applicable sales tax.

Wallets

PayPal

PayPal is an alternate method for purchasing your order on TUMI.com. It enables any individual or business with an email address to securely send payments online. If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process then automatically proceed to paypal.com to complete your payment. Once you have been redirected to paypal.com, you will have 25 minutes to complete the payment before your order is dropped.

If PayPal is used for payment, all returned products must be sent by mail, not brought to physical TUMI stores.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is a mobile payment and digital wallet service by Apple Inc. that lets users make payments using their compatible iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Mac devices. If Apple Pay is used for payment, all returned products must be sent by mail, not brought to physical TUMI stores.

Klarna

Klarna is an alternate payment method that allows you to either split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments or monthly financing.

Klarna 4 interest-free payments: Your purchase will be split into 4 interest-free payments. The first payment will be taken from your credit or debit card when your order is shipped. The remaining three payments will be automatically charged to your card 14, 28, and 42 days later. No interest or added fees when you pay on time.

Monthly financing: Apply for easy monthly financing directly in the checkout. A simple, 2-step application will provide an instant decision. If approved, you’ll receive reminders and can manage your payments directly in the Klarna app. No fees when you pay on time. Monthly financing products are issued by WebBank, member FDIC.
